They fished way off shore on the Pirate Queen with Captain Tom Wolfe. On the Oak there should be the chance for fresh chrome action esp when the flows are agreeable like now or on the backside of any future high water. Civilian small boat trollers reported to be having good brown trout action so that tells me the land lubber casting chances should be good too.
