Looks to have stock cast iron heads and exhaust. Four or six-cylinder can be attached to the valves. In 1972, it was the cam for the 307/130hp; and an optional cam for the 350/165hp, 175hp, 200hp; and 400/170hp. GM was looking for a more powerful engine for the CTS-V and ZL1 Camaros. Many camshaft number reference sites exist online for V8 engines, but determining the camshaft specs for six- and four-cylinder engines may require contacting a Chevrolet parts department.
